Joseph Infante, Managing Director.
Mr. Infante was trained by one of the leading Internet specialists on all matters pertaining to search engine optimization and Internet marketing. This expertise, coupled with his strategic advisory background, have made him a unique asset to a number of growing businesses. Prior to IMS, Mr. Infante was a Vice President of The Bank Street Group, a middle market investment bank primarily focused on telecommunications, media and technology companies. Prior to joining Bank Street, Mr. Infante was Vice President of Lazard’s Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group in New York. He was also actively involved in Lazard’s financial sponsor coverage effort and was one of the founding members of Lazard Capital Markets, where has was based in London and Paris. During his tenure at Lazard, Mr. Infante was involved in a number of notable transactions totaling in excess of $25 billion and involving leading companies and private equity firms such as Bain Capital, The Bank of Scotland, Doughty Hanson, France Telecom, Onex Corporation, Publicis and Wenner Media. At Bear Stearns, Mr. Infante was involved with transactions involving Bell Atlantic and Telefónica de España, and was based in New York and Madrid. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and attended St. Catherine's College, Oxford University. He is fluent in several languages.
Biren Zaverchand, Managing Director.
Mr. Zaverchand has more than 14 years of experience in all facets of architecting, designing and developing business applications utilizing Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) and Web Technology. He has been involved in the entire software development life cycle, including business requirements definition, prototyping, interface implementation, testing, maintenance, and portfolio and project management. Prior to IMS, Mr. Zaverchand was a Senior Business Analyst and Senior Information Technology Specialist for Convergys Corporation, where he was responsible among other things, with the full scale implementation of a NICE system for the benefit of over 5,000 agents. Prior to Convergys, Biren was the Technical Lead for call center applications at DTE Energy Corp. He has an MBA (with a major in Information Systems Management) from Wayne State University, a Master of Management Studies from the University of Bombay, and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Mathematics from M S University in Baroda, India.
